Have you ever felt that your thyroid symptoms fluctuate depending on the season, what you have been eating, or even where you are in your menstrual cycle? Only to be told by your provider that is impossible or it’s just in your head. While thyroid lab reference ranges can vary from facility to facility, Tammy will strive to optimize your thyroid lab values while taking your symptoms into consideration. She will discuss how your environment and what type of thyroid medication you are taking can affect your thyroid function. She will also educate you on the relationship between your hormones and thyroid function.
Andropause is the male equivalent to menopause. Like women, men can also experience declines in their hormonal levels as they age.

Only Hormones will not only evaluate your testosterone, but Tammy will evaluate other key hormones and nutrients that may need to be optimized to get you back to your best self. No, a quick introduction visit is scheduled at least 2 weeks prior to your follow-up visit to update your health history and to prepare for our visit at no charge.
An introduction visit is a no charge, quick 10 minute visit to establish care, identify any contraindications for hormone replacement therapy, make sure all your health history is up to date, and provide you with a lab order for either your initial hormone consultation or initial previous patient follow-up visit.
An introduction visit is a necessary part of establishing care with Only Hormones. This allows us to establish a provider patient relationship so I can order your labs prior to your hormone consultation appointment.
Most definitely! Completing your online paperwork prior to your introduction visit is essential to help me review your health history and identify any contraindications for hormone replacement therapy.
To ensure that I have adequate time to address all your needs and to provide care with an integrative approach, Only Hormones does not accept insurance. I will provide you with documentation of your visit that you may be able to submit to your insurance company. Or you may be able to use your FSA/HSA card to pay for your visit.
You must cancel your appointment at least 2 business days prior to the scheduled appointment. No show appointments and those canceled late without 2 business days’ notice will be will incur a no show/late cancelation fee of $200 for new patient consultations or $100 for a follow up visit. There is no cost to reschedule an appointment when at least 2 business days’ notice is given. A credit card must be on file for scheduling any appointment.
It is important for me to give my undivided attention to each patient. While I am seeing patients during the day, leaving a message will ensure I call you back when you are my only priority. After establishing care, you will have access to two-way portal messaging to get the fastest response.
All visits are provided via telemedicine for your convenience. Patients are encouraged to maintain a relationship with a primary care provider or OBGYN to meet in-person needs.
Currently, all patients must be physically in the state of Idaho during the time of their visit. Additional states will be added in the future.
